Yes..Yes, we are here to help you! Don’t forget to click on the ‘Notify Me’ button on the out of stock item and a notification will be sent directly to you when it is back in stock. Another option that you can do is contacting our sales team. Our sales team will try to check our stores if we do have the item that you are looking for. Lastly, keep your eyes on our social media feeds, we will post and inform our beloved followers on any item that is back in stock.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Jolie offers size XS (Petite), S (Small), M (Medium), L (Large), and XL (Curves). For some item designs, we also have Loose Cut silhouette. Moreover, keep in mind that the patterns in one clothing item may not be the same to another item. Therefore, please read carefully and make sure that you understand our Size Guide. However, don’t worry if it’s still not your right size when you have received the item, we do accept item exchange or size exchange for one occasion only.

This will vary on your delivery method preference. However, when you have finalized your order, make the payment, and completed the transaction by confirming your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as possible on the same day of your purchase or on the next business day.

Don’t worry dear, we got your back! Jolie does allow you to exchange the item with another item with the right sizing or even into a different Jolie item. Please do contact our helpful sales assistant. In addition, please note that we do not have any returns or exchange policy for all sale items.

When you are ordering online through our website, we can guarantee that your transaction is safe and trouble-free. However, if you wish to see the item up close and try it, you are warmly invited to visit our store, where our helpful team will gladly assist you.
At the time being, we have two offline stores, the first one is at Plaza Indonesia Level 4 in Jakarta. Our second store is at Sun Plaza, Medan. Due to the vast requests that we have been receiving, we are also considering to come to your city in form of pop up stores or participating in a Bazaars. Every time you see an item that you want to purchase, click on ‘ADD TO CART’ item. If you wish to view all item that you have added, click on ‘CART’ icon at the top right of the page. Finished browsing and ready to pay? Proceed on by clicking ‘CHECKOUT’!
3.REGISTER (sign as guest or as member)
Here is where you can decide if you wish to complete the transaction as a guest or a member. If you wish to not fill in any of your personal and shipping details every time you’re shopping with us, we recommend that you create an account. Once you are done, continue by clicking ‘PROCEED TO ORDER’.
4.PROCESS YOUR SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Decide on your preferred payment method: Bank Transfers, Visa/ Mastercard (via DOKU WALET), or PayPal. Moreover, you will also need to choose the delivery method. Jolie offers regular or fast shipping. We also provide international shipping.
