If the product that you have received does not feel right for you, you may exchange it with other sizes and
other products! If you were to find any defects on the products you receive, you may also return the products to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE, please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up. TIKI or another method of shipping, will do. However, if you choose to drop of your package using GOJEK/ similar services, please email us first for coordination and confirmation.
  2. You can only return, if we have been notified that you want to return the goods, stating you reasons and we truly acknowledge the reason behind your return package. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. We will only accept return, for accepted reasons, 1 (one) times within 7 days after you have received your items.
  3. If we hear from you after 7 days, we have the authority to cancel your return and exchange, for all reason.
  4. Please keep your tracking number and proof of shipping on your record, because we may ask for it. if you lose it, and it does not reach us in timely and reasonable manner after you request for a return, we also have the authority to cancel your return and exchange.
