Jolie delivers to all cities in Indonesia! Our main domestic courier is TIKI Shipping Company (https://tiki.id/). It offers Regular and Fast Service. Find below for the delivery schedule. Moreover, at times we may ship using other couriers too in order for the package to reach you in your most convenient time. We hope you don’t mind! 🙂
Jolie delivers worldwide! Our international courier is Royal Logistics (https://www.dpex.com/). It has proven its competency in reaching our international customers in timely manner (generally, it takes only 3-5 working days to reach your areas. Yes, wherever you are!) and of course, in the most affordable rate.
As an additional note on international delivery, it’s best to check with our LINE@ and WHATSAPP administrator. As the courier normally has a special promotional rate for some countries and it is not integrated to our website.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Your order will ONLY be processed during business days (Monday to Friday). However, in regards to delivery process, it will be shipped from Monday to Saturday.
Please note that all confirmed orders (through ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ menu) will be processed on the following business day. Therefore, all confirmed order on Saturday (starting from 00.01 AM) will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday of the next week.
Our order process encompasses payment checking, goods preparation, and transporting your package to the preferred shipping company. Your order will be shipped to you when we do not encounter any problem in regards to your payment process.
Find your domestic rates at https://tiki.id/. In addition, all international rates will be informed upon request. Please also note that sometimes, we also use another shipping courier too due to unexpected reasons, for instance, when TIKI is close or overload.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Jolie will NOT be held responsible for any goods’ loss or damage after TIKI/other courier has delivered and received by the recipient at the intended address.
It is customer’s duty to make sure that all details (address) are correct and complete. Jolie is NOT responsible for any delay from TIKI/other courier caused by the above reason, no recipient at the intended address, or when the recipient refuses to accept the package.
It is customer’s duty to cover any additional shipping fee for the returned package due to customer’s mistakes. Moreover, Jolie guarantees that we will meet our obligation of free shipping for any shipping mistakes that come from Jolie’s side.
All international rates do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties. Customers are responsible for any additional charges in the country where the goods are to be delivered. When you choose to refuse the delivery, you are bound to pay all the shipping charges in order to return the goods to us.
