If the original design is sleeveless, we cannot do custom sleeves. Moreover, if the original design is midi dress, we cannot change it into maxi dress or the way around.

– In case of alteration, you may only alter the size / length from the first custom request. You cannot change the product’s design.

– Slight difference in color is possible due to your gadget / computer’s led color setting. However, Jolie guarantees that the real product’s color will be 80% accurate to swatch provided by Jolie / clients.

– No return / exchange / refund after payment received, as well as no conversion to store credit. All sales are final.
