– Price is inclusive of 10% government tax.
– Price is inclusive of custom fee charge and one time alteration after the customized product has been received by client.
– The initial custom-made process may take up to 4 weeks and the follow up alterations process (if necessary) may take another 2 weeks after the product has been received by Jolie
– In case of customization, it includes custom size, length, and color as long it does not change the original design.
Note: If the original design is sleeveless, we cannot do custom sleeves. Moreover, if the original design is midi dress, we cannot change it into maxi dress or the way around.
– In case of alteration, you may only alter the size / length from the first custom request. You cannot change the product’s design.
– Slight difference in color is possible due to your gadget / computer’s led color setting. However, Jolie guarantees that the real product’s color will be 80% accurate to swatch provided by Jolie / clients.
– No return / exchange / refund after payment received, as well as no conversion to store credit. All sales are final.
